O Sacred Head surrounded
By crown of piercing thorn!
O bleeding Head so wounded,
Reviled and put to scorn!
Death's pallid hue comes o'er Thee,
The glow of life decays,
Yet angel hosts adore thee,
And tremble as they gaze.
In this, Thy bitter passion,
Good Shepherd think of me,
With Thy most sweet compassion,
Unworthy though I be:
Beneath Thy cross abiding,
Forever would I rest;
In Thy dear love confiding,
And with Thy presence blest.

Leslie -I can't tell you how often I've thought of you, Kevin, and your beautiful family over the past year. We were in Dallas for an event this past weekend and I had you all on my mind the entire time. How blessed I was to come home to an e-mail from CaringBridge. That led me, in a roundabout way, to your blog. Thank you for continuing to be such a blessing in my life through your profound faith. Congratulations on your new baby girl. God Bless You!
